Sarah Donnelly Harnum is a mother of two, registered midwife and lactation consultant. In her spare time, she teaches adult ballet, pats 5 cats and knits. Trained in Hamilton, Ontario, Sarah has spent the last eleven years caring for families as they bring new life into the world. Midwifery focuses on informed choice, continuity of care and partnership with clients. Often, we are caring for clients in their homes. Such close relationships often facilitate open conversation regarding a number of sensitive topics including perinatal mental health. Sarah looks forward to working together to allow a broad, interdisciplinary approach to addressing perinatal mental health concerns to ensure the healthiest possible future for our parents and their children.
