Catherine is a Registered Nurse who holds both a bachelor's and a master’s degree in nursing. She is a mom to her 4-year-old son, Jaxon. Currently, she works in the Learning and Development field and serves as a volunteer coordinator for Postpartum Support International. After experiencing three pregnancy losses, Catherine welcomed Jaxon in September 2020. Her journey through perinatal mental health following his birth sparked a passion for supporting mothers and families who face pregnancy loss and related challenges. Catherine is dedicated to raising awareness about the risk factors associated with perinatal mental health and advocating for those who may be struggling in silence.
