Kristen is the Director of The Children’s Program at a not-for-profit agency called Daybreak Parent Child Centre. She holds a level four Early Childhood Education certification and has an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph. Her passion for perinatal mental health advocacy stems from her front-line work with families and seeing how the direct impact of parent/child attachment, can affect lifelong development. As a busy mom of three active children, Kristen spends most of her time outside or attending extra curriculars.
