Join HeadCase for a powerful and honest session where Eddie Sheerr will share his personal experience with postpartum depression (PPD) as a father—a topic that often goes unspoken, especially among men. He’ll discuss how PPD showed up in his life after the birth of his second child, despite having no prior mental health diagnoses, and how that experience led to deeper self-discovery and understanding.
Eddie will also talk about his ADHD diagnosis and how it continues to shape daily life in his household—what he and his wife have learned, how they communicate, and the tools they use to adapt.
