We're Dads With Wisdom — a network for men on their journey through Fatherhood. Whether you're waiting for your first, cradling your newborn, or adding another addition to your team, Dads With Wisdom is a league to call your own.

Postpartum Support International (PSI) is an international organization that increases awareness among public and professional communities about the emotional changes that persons experience during pregnancy and after birth. On their website, they also list many resources and supports for fathers and postpartum partners.

American Academy of Pediatricians: Healthy Children is a parenting website powered by pediatricians which is committed to the attainment of optimal physical, mental, and social health and well-being for all infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. On the website, there is also information provided on paternal or partner depression (risk factors, symptoms, effects, treatment options).

Expectant fathers enjoy an informal, hands-on class that provides practical information and a real boost of confidence about handling the baby's impending arrival. Participants connect with other expectant dads, and also have the opportunity to talk with a “veteran dad” who has been through the class and brings his infant with him to the class. Dads-to-be get to hear directly from the new dad about his experience—and practice diapering, swaddling, soothing, and burping the baby. Now virtual! So attendees can be located anywhere) Interested dads (including father figures, trans dads, and pretty much any male-identified parents-to-be) and partners.

PostpartumDads is a volunteer-based outreach project affiliated with Postpartum Support International (PSI). They give information and help through the experience of postpartum depression. The webpage also includes information and resources that can be used by professionals.

British Columbia Resources for Reproductive Mental Health is a webpage through the BC Children’s Hospital that provides several reproductive mental health resources. Resources provided include self care guides, factsheets, practice guidelines, resources for professionals, as well as other resources for reproductive mental health.

Pacific Postpartum Support Society is a group in BC that aims to end the isolation and distress experienced by many individuals and their families with the profound life change that accompanies the birth or adoption of a child. Their website also has resources and supports for fathers and partners including those with postpartum depression and anxiety.
